Sign up while you still can! We will be having an indoor cycle instructors certification class this weekend April 21st (10am-6pm) and April 22nd (1-5pm). Materials will be furnished.
Classes are $89 for both days and are comprehensive instruction on Bike Set up and safety, how to set up class profiles, coaching skills, incorporating heart rate, using the Ipod for class and most importantly choreography.
Please bring water bottle, towel and shoes and be ready to ride!
Limited to 10 people, please pay when you sing up and sign the waiver.
