Usual Class:  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45pm

Class Description: His style changes each class but is usually up-tempo and is known for his sprints and jumps. Dan is also the master instructor for our Spin Certification Class.

Music Style: Dan is a former professional radio DJ so he has a huge variety of music. Dan typically has different musically themed classes so you might hear anything from Bee-gees to techno Christmas music, but Dan loves to bring the pain every now and then with Sandstorm.
