Spin For Africa Saturday April 17th

Join us for a Spin class to benefit the Foundation for Tomorrow and UGA’s Mocha Club Supporting orphans in Africa by providing scholarships for quality education.

Each session is an intense 30 mins and start at the following times:

2:00pm, 2:45pm, 3:30pm, 4:15pm, 5:00pm, 5:45pm

The elite cycling team we sponsor, Locos Cycling team, has had an awesome start to the season getting at least a podium every weekend and actually got their first win of the season last weekend in front of a stellar field. Congrats guys!!!

Georgia Cyclesport/TBB Sports Clarke Central High School Cycling Program

I want to thank everyone that came out to support our high school cycling program last night. Thanks to Tim Stoudenmire for organizing the Clarke Central club, Specialized bikes for their donation of bikes and helmets to the program and most of all the area cyclist for offering their time, knowledge and enthusiasm.

For those of you that are unfamiliar we have organized a program for high school kids looking to get into bike racing. We have the bikes and helmets, a place to ride and our Locos Elite Cycling team to help instruct. Cycling is a fairly intimidating and product intensive sport and with this program we hope to make cycling accessible to any kid that wants to try.

Our first meeting was for Clarke Central but ALL area High School student are welcome and encouraged to participate. We will have a schedule on the Locos website this week for those interested all you need to do is have a USA cycling license ($30), a waiver and a current physical. Please contact us for more information!

JDRF Computrainer Time Trial Registration

Frequent tuneups are an important way to keep your bicycle in top working condition. Much like an oil change on your car, certain parts on your bicycle need frequent attention. Staying on top of the game will result in fewer trips to the shop down the line.

Our 750 mile tune-up includes a thorough check of all moving parts with adjustments & tightening where needed. Wheels are trued and bike is wiped down, chain is lubed, and bike is test ridden to ensure safe and proper operation.

Computrainer Time Trial Competition

The 2010 Time Trial Series benefitting the Juvenile Diabetes foundation. Do you want to race against Ohio, SC and other States? Race for the cure? All races are run on our Computrainer multirider system. Compete against other Computrainer multirider centers nationwide for fitness, competition and for a great cause.

Times available (4 slots/time): 11am, 11:45am, 12:30pm, 1:15pm, 2pm, 2:45pm
